Nice job.  I attempt a lot of this type with limited success.
 I think you might try taming some of the highlights along the bottom section.

I am wrestling with the powerful light and tonality vs what I think is a very busy scene with no strong focus or motif. It certainly has a lot of impact at first glance. Perhaps I should let it sit for a while and see if I change my mind.

i settled on the spiderwebs. Couldn't find the spider though.
This needs to be large imo.

Think of it as abstract. It wasn't intended to have a strong focus.
