Since rabanito wanted me out of a debate and into the street to shoot "great" photography, I had no choice.
Modern Miami, downtown and Brickell; light, shadow, and reflections:
UPDATE - 14th Spider Awards Nominee for a b&w version of the first OP shot (in the Architecture category). Also for the bird shot in the Wildlife category (see post #16)

Now I understand their problem: the good folks of Florida are colour-blind.

I think you have learned well from your Teacher, the Elder Slobodan, who used to post here regularly using the same handle. ;D

The mermaids I am not keen on, but you probably intended those to show color. The rest are splendid.

I disagree: Slobodan the Elder (possibly a distant relative to Pliny; compare the passport shots:

was of a more mature, conservative demeanour. The Younger lacks the gravitas of the Elder.
Apart from anything else, it must be very confusing for the daughter, suddenly finding this stranger in Dad's rôle. Should she believe, of call the police? Or consult Dr Trump for the true, definitive answer?

I never knew there were so many photographs around of Pliny the Elder.

Congrats. Fine images. I had look through the bw abstract images on the Spider site and find it interesting that abstract thread was full of images no different than on LULa's abstract thread. It seems anything non-representational was accepted and not just 'pure' abstracts.
