once in awhile we got that error msg but usually just resend the file seemed to work ok. but now we cant get it to print anything, cut sheet various sizes, roll printing. we try over and over and double check the settings in the printer driver and just won't print. turnd it off and on a bunch of times. still nothing. Not a clue where the bit is that reads the paper sizes. suggestions?
