Lovely, Rajan.
+1.

Rajan.
Both beautiful.
Prefer the second a little.
Maybe because the horse is turned somewhat parallel to the peaks ?

Russ, Eric, and Rickard - thank you.

Hi Rajan,
Very fine ones.
My preference go to the first, because of the more expressive horse attitude, that contrast with the very quiet landscape.
Have a Nice Day.

Excellent. For me, the first is better.

I also prefer #1, because the horse is moving, there is a more marked sense of movement.
-
The change in pose gives a very different mood in each photo.
I still can't pick a preference. They are both excellent.
-
Two very fine images.
-
Dreamlike apparition!

Thanks again, gentlemen.

I keep coming back to this, there is something that I cannot explain that attracts me. The first one is definitely my favorite.

We had stopped there on an impulse when we saw the beautiful play of light and shadow on the mountain. And then the horse walked across. As the eminent American philosopher Woody Allen once said, "80% of life is showing up."

Very nice light!
