Although I edited these in LR and exported to sRGB, they look a little punchier as exports - maybe sharpened too much.

I agree that they are a bit crunchy, contrasty.
I would be tempted to bring up the blacks a bit to get some more detail.
With the current processing, the second one works best for me, but all of them are intriguing and worth more processing experimentation, IMHO.

The second would be my pick of the bunch; and I agree with Eric that they could be better processed. Silver Efex Pro is well worth a look, even though it's no longer free.
