Title: Epson Stylus Pro 11880 Error Codes 1436

Hi All,

I recently replaced the capping station "top", after I reinstall the unit, the print head carriage cannot find it's way back to the dock and lock itself properly, it flashes error code 1436

Description
Select valve HP detection error
The home position of the Pump Unit cannot be detected.

Remedy
Check the connection of the Ink System Unit. Replace the Ink System Unit.

Any idea what I can do next?

For those who've called a service tech to replce the capping station, how much was it?

Did you ever discover a solution to this? I have just started getting this error.
