Anyone has seen already an adapter?

It can't be done. The RF mount has a 20mm flange distance, while the Fuji G mount has a 26.7mm. Technically an RF to XCD would be possible, as the Hasselblad mount's flange distance is 18.1mm only.

Well it probably could be done but it would involve some complex optical elements in the adapter which would make it very expensive.  It can't be done as a simple converter with no glass in it though due to the shorter flange distance of the canon EOS-R mount than the Fuji GFX mount.

True, it would be theoretically possible with extra optical elements. Fiscally it might be not that interesting to to the converter manufacturers, as both sides of the converter have small number of units waiting to be attached...

Venus Optics has actually built a prototype that allows a Sony FE lens to be mounted on a Fuji GFX but they did not bring it to market.
