Nice cityscape! I like the classic build up of the picture. 3 plans, foreground, mid plan and back ground. With the almost painterly trick to create the sense of depth (contrast)
I like the contrast of content between the plans as well!

Funny how the telephone/electricity poles replicate the cranes. (Cranes? There's a slot for that under landscape showcase...) Not sure the vignetting contributes anything useful, the picture is about flat layers, there's no sense of depth or focus of attention that needs to be emphasized.
I used up my noise remark quota, so i won't mention the noise.

There you are: perfectly easy to assign correct genre as automatic function of visual perception; it's what it was always about, until it became corrupted and diverted into offence.

You are probably right about vignetting.
As for noise, were you a dog in previous life? I mean, their sense of smell, 10,000 times higher than in humans, is nothing compared to your sense of noise ;)
