Title: How to turn off "New revision to media list" on a z3200

It pops up on my screen every 15 minutes. Where is this turned on and off and why doesn't it just give me the message when I add a new profile?

Found the disable function in the printer utility. In the hour + that I posted this it came on 5 times. Glad to get rid of that.

Where in the printer utility did you find the turn off media alert that keeps popping up?

Oh it is buried alright. Not sure how I found it?

Printer Utility
Printer Status
Click settings button to the right of the + button
Third row down will be Turn monitoring 0n/Off

It is possible this is monitoring for something else. If so I stand corrected.

Did you try going into Utility; Color center; Paper Preset Management; Synchronize Paper Presets? If that doesn't work hopefully one of the Z Gurus will chime in.

The above should update and reset via Synchronize Paper Presets.

However, you can turn off alerts in Overview> Alert Settings (just below Overview)

On a Mac and cannot find Overview.

Go to Paper Preset Management and in the lower right corner there is a widget:

Mark,
When clicking the widget it only manually updates the paper list. No options to turn on or off.
