I know how to do time zone adjustment in LR. But it is limited to whole hours. I need to adjust the time stamp for some photos by 1 hr 25 min. Possible? Thanks.

Yes. If you need to adjust the relative time of a series of photos by the same amount you can do that in the "edit capture time" function under the Metadata menu.

As I mentioned in the original post, that LR command is limited to whole hours. I need partial hours.

I've just had this issue, with photos I took in Adelaide (UTC + 10.5 hours!).
I've found that if you select all the images you want to change, then manually change one to the correct time difference (type in the correct time for that image), they all change relative to their original time. It doesn't change them all to the specific time you specify, only the relative change.

If you are having trouble doing this in LR you could use Exiftool to shift timestamps by whatever amount you like.

As I suggested in my reply, you can edit the new time to whatever you want, not just whole hours. At least in LR CC Classic you can. Just specify for a given photo what the new desired capture time is and the others selected will ripple their capture times by the same offset. Does not have to be whole hours. There is an option to modify for whole hours, but also ability to specify exact time of the capture which can be any amount of time difference from original. You need to select the "Adjust to a specified time and date" option.
