Hello,

I'm searching for the imagecapture 4.1 MacOS Software for the old  powerphase FX+ scanback.
Would bei nice If anybody could send me the Software...

Perhaps Phase One still has it on their website?

No, there ist only the 3.6 Software for MacOS 9 for download...
Version 4.1 works with MacOS X.

If you're in the US please contact our support team (https://digitaltransitions.com/support/) by phone, email, or by stopping by our LA or NYC offices. If you're outside the US your local Phase One Dealer should have the installer handy. If you don't have a dealer you could contact Phase One Support and request  it.
