Title: RSS Feed fixed (again)...

I just noticed that the RSS feed for the LL What's New page was broken (again).  Just fixed it.

Sure would be nice if Michael stopped using weird undeclared entities (like — and €) in his HTML, since that breaks the rss feed each time a new one surfaces. ;-)
