I love both but the first one is ma favorite. The second shot is more difficult" for me. I need more time to appreciate it, I guess.

Number one is a cracker. Less enamoured of the second one though

Good planning, results are superb. The second one reminds me of a totem pole of some sort.

The second one has a local context. These posts are part of an artwork installation erected at the city entrance roundabout featuring a tableau of lamps used in Goan Hindu temple ceremonies.

Very creative and effective use of what I suspect is air pollution.
The first is quite fine; the second is quite funny.

Ha! It is actually the low morning fog at this time of the year that attenuates the sun, and in the evenings it is the haze. As a result of this, we get nice rounded red suns. Goa does not suffer from air pollution yet like other parts of India (but not to worry, they're working hard on it).
