Title: Blencathra Alpenglow

One of the larger Lake District hills but still less than 3000ft. It does have some ridges that are too challenging for this pensioner so I stand at the bottom and look up. Ken

Lovely...been noticing how beautiful the light has been  since Christmas in those environs...#1 son just completed the Festive500 ride . At c. 250 km noticed snow on the hills with the sheep. Mixed bag for their ascents weatherwise, but oh the light!
