This is a reinterpretation of a photo I previously posted a few years ago. In reprocessing the image, my goal was to add more mystery and a sense of contradiction between the warm lights, the cold ice, and the emptiness of the street. Any thoughts? BTW, the "EC" in the title is short for Ellicott City (Maryland, US).
As always, thank you for viewing, and for offering your C&C.
Best,
Bob

It is a lovely scene and a well-processed picture.
Except it isn't landscape. And, since you welcome c&c, it squarely belongs to the User Critique forum.

Thanks for the tip, Slobodan. I'll move it immediately.

You know what would look really good in this shot, but possibly a bit cliched? Is a lady of the night leaning on the lamp post in the middle of the bridge smoking a cigarette, or perhaps even more cliched, would be a private detective type of character with an old fashioned hat, long coat and cigarette.
Would make a great front cover for a detective novel I think :)

I'm having difficulties deleting this topic, which I reposted upon Slobodan's suggestion in the user critique forum. Sorry 'bout that.

Thanks Dave. I certainly could composite a person such as you describe into the scene without great difficulties, although I'd rather imagine that the townsfolk wouldn't be happy with that image.
