Title: changing email address??

I can't seem to find anywhere I can change my email address as the one listed in my profile has been hacked and I have deleted it so i no  longer get emails thru that address.

Check Profile, Account Settings

Did that... nothing anywhere to change the email address.

When i click on Profile, i can see the info and right  there is the email address I want to change... BUT...when i click on account settings, there is nothing available to change  the address.
When i insert my password to, i assume, allow me to access my settings, all it  does is say that i have successfully updated my profile..even tho I haven't done anything!!!

So... any other ideas??
