Title: Photokit Sharpener Haze Cutter BRUSH in PS CC?

I am no Photoshop expert, and so plugin tools like Photokit Sharpener 1's hazecutter have been really valuable to me. However, PS now has a global haze cutter built into Camera Raw. And, PS CC accomadates Photokit Sharpener 2, which does not have the brush feature any more.

Is there any way to get this same utility now?

What doesn't have "the brush feature any more"? With PKS2 you can select Creat Layer Mask and either hide or show the results...which makes brushing in or out the effect easy...

Thank you for feedback from the ultimate source. It means I'll have to deal with PS layers in a more meaningful way, something I have been avoiding for many years by using other programs to accomplish similar results. Thanks again.
