Title: Mountain forest

I was out yesterday, mid afternoon light. Spectacular view of the Verde Valley from the overlook atop Mingus Mountain. For some reason, this shot through the pines called to me. C&C welcome re rendering.

Well seen and well processed. I don't think the blurred tree to the extreme left adds anything, though, and it should be cropped out.

Dave I think the comp is interesting - the processing though is really too crunchy/choppy/contrasty - it overwhelms the subjects. I think it could use some more gradation in tonality. Not sure that blurred section is really doing anything for it. /B

It represents one of my fears: lost in the woods with only my panic for company. So it works.
