Title: Lightroom and Sierra and i1 Display Pro callibration

Anyone out there using latest Lightroom and new Sierra operating system on Mac and printing from it?
also anyone using i1 DisplayPro and its software with Sierra?

want to upgrade os from El Cap to Sierra on 5k iMac and get i1 display pro for calibrating if the new os is stable with LR. am printing to a epson 3880 and 7880 with no problems. just curious!

So to be clear, you are asking for user experience about the stability of Lightroom and functionality of profiling and printing with the Sierra version of OSX, right?

If that is what you are looking for, sorry, I haven't upgraded, and won't until the early adopters have helped iron out any bugs in it that affect digital imaging. Normally, however, one should not expect an OS upgrade within the "X" generation to affect monitor profiles or printing work flows. But that statement guarantees nothing.

I can't speak to i1 Display Pro, but I can say that my Color Munki Display works fine on my iMac 5k with macOS Sierra. X-Rite issued an update on release day. The software now properly detects the iMac LED type, viz. RG Phosphor, so the update was more than just an update for compatibility with macOS Sierra.

I upgraded one computer to Sierra and it was seamless, other than needing to reset my modem.  Prior to upgrading there is an extensive list of programs and their compatibility with Sierra.  I don't use i1, you can check the list.

I've used i1 Display Pro and Profiler with Sierra to calibrate my rMBP screen with no issues.

I have upgraded to Sierra on both my laptop and desk pc. Lightroom and Capture One 9.3 work fine. I use Basiccolor Display with a Basiccolor Discus with no issues. Hopes this helps.

Upgraded to Sierra on my Mac Pro with an iPro2.  No issues.
