Title: Spot removal tool not working. 9.2.1 service pack wimdows 7

Anyone having this issue? Or do I need to reinstall?

The tool is very "spotty"  ;D on whether it works or not.  For me it has never worked as expected.  Sometimes it works, sometimes it does nothing.  Sometimes it lets me change the spot size with the bracket keys, often it will not.  A very buggy tool as far as I'm concerned and has always been in version 9.x  I'm also using Win 7 fully updated.

Thanks for sharing your experience E.J. I've used the spot tool successfully thru four versions starting with six. Pity it's not working now as I need it for blemishes.
