Title: Nikon D500 images

My first day with a new D500. Using new XQD and SD cards I shot some trial images in Raw.
The images will play back on the camera LCD and also in iPhoto on my iMac but although Capture One Pro 9 recognizes the camera it won't show any images to import.
Is this a camera setting I am missing or some other problem?
Can someone help please.

Is your C1 up to date?  The current version as of this writing is 9.2.1.
