Title: Using ipad (connected to pc) as a drawing pad? Is it possible?

Is it possible to use my ipad as a drawing pad for my pc AM i dreaming?

I just googled "drawing using iPad to pc" and got plenty of results.
Probably don't work as well as on a Mac but if your a PC user then you are used to that.
Probably won't work as good as a Wacom either.
