A quick question, what is the actual file size limit ? I heard something a few things like 64k in each direction / 64k in total...
I have a tif file here. It is 16bit 3,12GB big and has the dimensions 31070px by 18000px.
What am I missing or is the 64k limit not correct ?

Lightroom 2 - 5 supports photos up to 65,000 pixels long or wide or up to 512 megapixels, whichever is smaller.
Looks like up to 512 megapixels.

Makes sense, especially with increasingly high MP cameras and the multiple Raw Stitching capabilities of Lightroom.

Adobe's got their hands full fixing bugs (printing issues on Mac this week) that should never have been released in the first place. Sad.

PSB may have to do with the market they are (or not) planning to address.
Andrew, as you are aware more than others, Adobe has never be great at printing and have had many issues in the past in Photoshop.
On additional reason I use Qimage....I know that doesn't help Mac users unless they load it up under os emulation, which many have done.
