The hardware of course will but if you're referring to X-rite's software, sorry, I don't use it (but I do use the hardware just fine with NEC SpectraView).
If it doesn't, there are other software alternatives, some better than X-rite's offerings.
EDIT: IF you're referring to i1Profiler, yes. It runs fine.

the i1 Display Pro  certainly appears to work, at least when using X-rite's  i1 Profiler software (v1.6.3 | XRD Version 2.3.9.8)
