Title: Best Photo Mosaic Creator?

Greetings everyone. I'm looking for a great photo mosaic software. I don't mind paying for it if it's reasonable. I've never done a mosaic, but I need it for a project. Any friendly suggestions?

The only one I've tried was Andrea Mosaic, that was years ago, it was free then don't know if it's still going but it worked well enough for the project I was doing at the time.  If I remember rightly it came with a set of images to help make the mosaic (I might be wrong) but as I say that was years back.
