Title: Export from Lightroom to Photos?

Has anyone here worked out a way to export images from Lightroom into the Photos Library?

I have a convoluted Automator Folder Action that looks for new files in folder X and imports them into Photos album. But each time I want to create a new Photos album, I have to create it manually in Photos and the Finder, then the copy/modify the Workflow file to name the new folder and album.
