free download and upgrade for those who already own a license to the Plug-in...there is now also a stand-alone program to use outside of Photoshop.

Hi Yahor,

There is no quality difference, but the main difference is that it is now also a stand-alone application that can do batch processing of entire folders with images.

It seems as if a lot of work went in to making these presets and I am finding myself using Denoise after shooting at moderate ISO settings (e.g. ISO 400, or 800) where I previously accepted a little bit of noise as normal. The presets seem effective at reducing noise I didn't know I had while maintaining the detail I hope for. I guess I wasn't working hard enough to understand the subtle yet powerful potential to find the best settings for my moderate ISO use.

I happened to watch the Topaz Denoise webinar yesterday and heard the explanation that brand X cameras have more red noise while brand Y has more blue and that caused me to appreciate how I had not considered the Denoise preview options with appropriate attention.

Having realized how useful the specific Camera Model/ISO settings are at moderate ISO I can now appreciate why a free standing batch process may be useful for running everything through as a matter of course, and so the addition of the batch capability seems more useful than I had initially thought.
