Something I noticed in Lightroom is that I can tweak the colour orange but it isn't available in Photoshop. Anyone know why?

Whatever is available in the Develop Module of Lightroom is available in the Adobe Camera Raw Plugin in Photoshop.
That said I am sure there are ways to achieve this in Photoshop, maybe someone with expertise in Photoshop could give a hint.
