After a few years of good service, PkS suddenly disappeared from my Photoshop CC 2015; I tried to reinstall it gave the message that it is already installed. So I deleted it, reinstalled it and still not showing in my PS. Then I go to the "support" page of PixelGenius and when I click to "contact" I get a 404 page? Does anyone knows how I contact them?

Support page runs fine on this end: http://pixelgenius.com/support.html

From here too.

Andrew, thank you for your prompt answer. I can't access the support page from Safari nor from Firefox or Chrome (see attached .
In the meantime can you help to resolve the issue with PK not showing in my menu list in PS CC ?
Thanks in advance
Benoit

Thanks Francois & Andrew, ATT installed a new router a couple of weeks ago and I did notice some access problems. but I would think that the PK problem is separate.

Not sure how or why your browser is pointing to that URL (w/ the PG-WEBSITE... stuff) but the correct one is:
pixelgenius.com/support.html
try using that directly. If you still get a failure or otherwise, it's either your computer or your ISP
EDIT: SPOKE TOO SOON
It definitely does seem like the embedded URLs (hrefs) in the pixelgenius page are wrong and while you can get to the the above URL, most of the URLs when on that page are invalid.
Jeff/Andrew: have your webmaster take a peek.
-
Howard same 404 with the direct address you gave. It must be the ISP (what a joy it is going to be to work with ATT on that issue) as all the Macs in my house give the same result when this address is queried.
-
See my above EDIT. I'm at work and see most of the URLs off the support page as invalid (similar to yours) (although the main pixelgenius.com page seems OK)
So not your ISP but something weird is going on.

FWIW, I see the same in Firefox, Chrome and IE - something is screwed with the page and links all lead to 404 errors
It seems PG-WEBSITE-09-23-2010/ is being inserted in the URL e.g. http://pixelgenius.com/PG-WEBSITE-09-23-2010/resources.html. If you remove the PG-WEBSITE-09-23-2010/ i.e. leaving http://pixelgenius.com/resources.html you should get to the page you require. This does not work on the Support tab as it takes you to the faulty page below

Thanks Tony and Howard.
PixelGenius any help coming my way?

PixelGenius any help coming my way?
I was updating the Support page last night and screwed it up...we're working on fixing it now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
-
thank you Schewe, at least I know that my isp and/or router are ok. What about PK ? do you have any suggestion on how to troubleshoot it? it no longer shows up in my menu in PS CC and it, of course, happens just when I have to do the sharpening as the final stage on the 15 pieces that have to be done today.

Where is it installed?
It should be in Adobe Photoshop CC 2015/Plug-ins and the plug-in is in the PG Toolbox Plug-in Module

that's where it is (see pic)

Solved! I reset the PS Preferences and PK reappeared.
Thank you everyone for your help.
