This is almost certainly the 1400x1050 (SGXA+) EVF panel used in the Leica XL:

So I expect in it an Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mk II, for example.
(Note on the funky dot count math: a 1400x1050 RGB panel like this is counted as having 1400x1050x3 = 4.41 million dots.)
