Title: Stacking PSD images

It does tend to leave funky color shifting...how can I avoid those problems?

open images in layers>auto align>auto blend via stack method.

Does auto blend allow you to choose the stack mode? Or does it do something else? I use a median stack occasionally and have never noticed any kind of shift. This to me sounds like it could be an entire process issue, so you may need to look at the entire process for where the shift may be originating. Are you using differently exposed images in the stack?

The stack method is rather automated in PS 2015...RAW images work perfectly, it's only the PSD images that don't.
