is anyone using VSCO Film filters in LR ?
Curious to see the results

They're very expensive for what they are....
Spend your money on good lens filters, tuition material such as George Jardine's, or good beer.

A few months ago I downloadad the Tri-X and Kodak Gold VSCO filters for free (a special offer).
I'm about to uninstall them since I never used them.
One thing to bear in mind is that they add presets in several LR panels, namely: presets (16 presets each filter), curves (16 curves each) and Camera Calibration (2 & 1).
Personally, I don't like all that clutter.

In the case of the VSCO no new files are created, with the DxO an extra TIFF is created breaking somewhat the non-destructive concept and consumes extra space.
Though I agree that get some beer and experiment yourself with the help of free presets (a random google result: http://presetlove.com) to see that while it might somewhat get you there, you almost always need to do the final adjustments anyway.
