Title: Lightroom Surport for Raw Sony RX 100 IV files?

I just updated to LR 5.7 and still can't download files to LR.
Do this mean I have to buy LR 6 to get RX 100 IV files to LR?

Yes, according to the link you need either LR 6.1.1 or PS ACR 9.1.1

The alternative is to convert your files to DNG using Adobe's DNG converter
