Interesting, isn't it, how consistently laws are constructed is such a way that enormous crimes fail to qualify as frauds: meanwhile some poor jerk who does casual unskilled work whilst claiming benefits is quite sure to be prosecuted if caught (and I'm not suggesting they shouldn't.) No wonder the financial bandits of the world have scrambled to establish operations in London.
"The SFO could not have prosecuted individuals in this case because Japan does not extradite its nationals..."
I will refrain from comment on that other than to say that the Ni** have been known to get away with worse.
