Title: Process keeps running Lightroom CC 2015.2

Anyone else having this problem? 

When I close a session of Lightroom CC 2015.2, the program now leaves a lightroom.exe process running which prevents restarting Lightroom until I delete the process via task manager.

Adobe forum staff suggested I reset priority of lightroom.exe to high.  So far all working fine.
Windows 7 x64, Lightroom CC 2015.2 here.
