Hi,
The camera is in perfect condition. I bought it in march this year at pemihan. Himself bought in june 2014.
I practically do not use the camera since march. Excepted a little scratch on the grip holder the camera is in mint condition.
The Phase One 645DF+ comes with :

The 75-150 D f/4.5 is in perfect condition always protected by a UV filter.
No scratches, fungus or dust.
It comes with its box, manual, front cap, rear cap and hood.

This 35mm af f/3.5 is not a lemon.
I tried different version before finding one with good corner performance. Probably as good as the "D" version.
I attached a screenchot of a picture taken at F11. Default C1 sharpening.
The lens is in perfect condition, no scratches, dust, fungus etc
As i lost the lens hood i bought a new one.
It comes with Hood, front and rear caps.
