Title: Do You sell Limited edition prints-What is your method of keeping track of them

Do you sell limited edition prints? If so, what is your  detailed method of keeping track of them? Spread sheet? Im trying to figure out a simple spreadsheet or similar that would be easy to reference and use.

From a computer point-of-view, if you design your spreadsheet (which is probably fine for starters) right, you could then upgrade to a real database (maybe something like MS Access or better) in the future if you need to.

Yes, I have a few limited edition portfolios and lots of limited edition artists' books.

I am an old film photog. I try to stay as low tech as I can. I  have duplicate account books with the notes in it. As a backup, I have the word processing letters that go out with them.
