Title: How to make a twisted ribbon/anything in PS CC

I have two aligned layers in PS CC of the same ribbon on a black background...one ribbon layer colored red, and the other colored blue.
My goal is to create a twist or fold in the ribbon showing both the red and blue sides dependent upon the twist.

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to easily achieve my goal...any help out there?
