Title: Pole/mast

I am looking for a tripod/pole/mast to shoot from a 27' height with a camranger and mp360.

Does anyone have experience with a tripod like this?

I am in the states and am intrigued by a product from the UK called hiperpod and hiperpod premier, any experiences?

I haven't actually seen this, but Cooper is an architectural photographer, so he ought to have some idea of the practicality.

Go talk to High School football coaches or Soccer clubs.  They have motorized telescoping poles they mount video cameras on.  You can get them with the controls to control the camera from ground level.  Some links below.

Thanks for the info Paul.

I had been looking at the Totalmastsolutions Hiperpod and was ready to pull the trigger on it but the cost of getting it to the states was very high so I started looking elsewhere. I am currently looking at the Wonder Pole after Nancy gave her suggestions. The Wonder Pole is made of fiberglass and is significantly less expensive.

If anyone has experience with this pole I would certainly like their input.

I am also looking at masts.  The one which interests me is the Photo Mast, http://www.photomast.com/

I am here in the states and the Photomast is out of the Netherlands which became a negative to me due to shipping time and cost.

In the end I ordered the Wonder Pole. I have received the pole but have not had time to test it out yet. I will let you all know my feelings after I have given it a try.
