Nice one, Oscar, but why the title?
Because for me the image represents a "balance of elements" even though their "flow" may be slightly disrupted. Light blue obviously represents a flow of oxygen, the complementary color its complementary element. The bubbles perfectly showing that strange middle ground where they are neither chaos, not structure.
If i would be outspoken, i'd be an outspoken Darwinist, not in the sense of anti-creationism, but in the sense that the earth represents a 5 to 20 billion year evolutionary balance, and human beings can't even remotely comprehend what that means. Thinking that we can disrupt that balance just because we find our own intellect a unique and incomprehensible faculty in relation to nature is an extremely odd proposition and overestimation of our importance in the grander scheme of things.
Obviously, this could have been inspired by another thread on these forums, i'll leave the judgement of that at the discretion of the reader. Let's keep this thread limited to the artistic merits of presented images.
The bubbles btw are a result of the microwave. Ever noticed that if you microwave something and condensation attaches itself to the lid or foil, it are extremely small microbubbles, but then at the slightest touch they immediately form large bubbles, but they are always perfectly random distributed, not touching. In other words, not chaos, but not structure either.
