Strobes for burst mode
« on: June 22, 2024, 07:22:46 pm »

hello all,
I work with Phaseone XF, Mamiya RZProIID, and Elinchrom Rangers,
and know nothing about DSLRs and shooting bursts.
My project requires shooting actors in mid-jump and capturing Hollywood style blood squibs in mi-air.
Would obviously need a DSLR....
Not sure if my existing Rangers can handle burst or strobe lighting.
Can the newer ELB1200 or Elinchrom Five do it?  Thanks

Rent some Profoto B4 packs and heads, if you have mains power try out any Pro8, 10 or 11. All of these units can handle what you're looking for.
