Sorry, but making comparisons of this to war is significantly more ludicrous then comparing it to the flu.

People die in both cases. We cared about the 50,000 young kids that were lost in Vietnam...but don't give a f*ck about the 70,000 and counting that have died in the last 7 weeks.

Calling Covid just another cold is totally disrespectful of the people battling it to save lives and the people that battled and lost their lives.

But New Mexico's governor has temporarily ordered the closing of shooting ranges because of the corona virus, so I can't. And I'm too much of an adult to bitch about it. But let me ask you a question.  You are obviously living under the "hope method" that at some point soon, you are hoping a vaccine or treatment is found.  This of course is not scientific at all, and there has never been a guarantee we will ever get a vaccine.  But anyway, how long are you willing to do this without finding a treatment that you say, the Swedish method is what we should do? 

How many months of total economic damage are you willing to put up with waiting until you finally say, Godot is not coming today nor tomorrow nor the day after and walk away?

Going to a grocery store, at the height of the mass hysteria, didn't require a mask (just a limit of three customers), and now buying a shirt requires it!? And gloves!? What is the point of asking for gloves!? If I walk in with gloves, that I've been wearing the whole day, touching god knows what along the way, how is that protecting them!? The only way it works is if they would give me a fresh pair of gloves upon entering, which I would then discard permanently upon leaving. Or a hand sanitizer.

Just asking people to wear stupid things so that they can have a false sense of security is stupid.

No, and I'm not hiding in my house during this because it is a cold, a flu, that's it.  It may be a flu hitting all at once, but it still is just a flu.  This is not Ebola or Marburg fever; it is a cold 99+% will get over in just two weeks, most not even knowing they were even sick.

The fact is that I could pass along the regular flu onto a vulnerable person by pure happenstance, and that flu could cause them to die.  Does that make me guilty of something, no it does not.  Just like if I pass along C-19 onto another person who then dies does not make me guilty of anything either. 

I am not staying locked up in my house.  I am living life. 

If you're vulnerable, you can stay inside.  That is your choice. 

But, as the Dems always tell us, its my body my choice!  I'm not living in fear; I'm living life.

Not everyone is such a rebel as you and if a person needs a shirt...I'm sure the majority of them will put on a mask. Yeh...you rebel of one is really going to show them.

A poll done in the US indicates the majority of people would be too afraid to go out to a restaurant if they all opened up today...so I'm sure the majority of them would wear a mask if asked to. Hope you don't want to fly anywhere soon as it looks like all the airlines are requiring everyone on board to wear masks.
