I've spent time comparing the 110/2 for Hasselblad and the 110/2 for Rollei and think they are different optically with the Rolleiflex version being superior. I don't think this is true for all Zeiss glass made for multiple systems but specifically the 110/2. At minimum the Rollei version has better baffelling in the rear, but I think because of the Rollei internal electronic shutter they are also different in other ways. One thing for sure, the 110/2 for Hasselblad are much more common and as pointed out, less expensive than the Rollei version by a multiple. The 110/2 for the Rollei is (also IMHO) different from the other Zeiss glass for the Rollei system. It's quite sharp wide open even though DOF is paper thin, and has different character to the bokeh than is typical of the other Zeiss focal lengths. When I started shooting with the Rollei system, the 110/2 was my favorite lens. There were several small changes in the production of it for Rollei with the last one (4th?) having a square rear shroud and is rumored to be the best. I've only tested that version.
ps. I don't have any 110/2 for sale and haven't for a long time.
