Import photos from iPhone into LR
« on: February 16, 2016, 11:25:01 pm »

I ATTACH the iPhone via USB->start the Import in LR->all my photos on the iphone are checked->Cannot select just the new photos taken today.  Select all and then uncheck->cannot deselect any of the photos.

I just want to select the new images and import them--how can I do this?

There's a big Uncheck All button at the bottom of the Import dialog's thumbnails. Hit this.

Then scroll down to the pics. Select the first, hold down Shift, click to select the last. Tick the check box. Alternatively, in the Import dialog's right hand side, go to the Destination panel and tick the date you want to import.

Doin' better than me! I can't even get my PC to see my iPhone, let alone have Lr import photos from it!

I really enjoy using old primes on my m4/3 camera. There's something about having to choose your aperture and actually focusing your camera that makes it so much more like... like... PHOTOGRAPHY!
