Balloons in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
Good shooting, Chris. This one actually tells the viewer something about the human condition.
Colorful, Chris
Thank you, Gentle Men. The wares sold by the vendedores ambulantes in San Miguel are indeed colorful, but it's a tough way to earn a living. They seem to spend most of their time parading around the central square in the hope of attracting buyers or perching somewhere in the hope the buyers eventually will come to them. I would guess their ratio of idle time to actually selling something is on the order of 20:1.
It looks like you hi jacked the thread? The original images are edgy and the toning is spot on.
I’m a bit puzzled, I like the picture, but I don’t see what kind of ‘human condition’ is exposed here. Can you tell me, Chris?
I don’t think Chris wants to hijack, he just added balloon picture.
That was Russ's comment, not mine. As I noted in a previous thread, I would never presume to speak for my pictures.
