Is the Mamiya RZ adapter revolving as are the filmbacks or do you have to detach the back to change from vertical to horizontal orientation?

Hi!

Is the Sinar 54H RZ67 adapter still available?  I would be interested in purchasing it, if it is.

Thank you!
