Title: Viewfinder for Harman Titan 4x5 pinhole camera
Post by: Brian Hirschfeld on February 13, 2012, 06:55:37 pm

is there a 72mm hotshoe viewfinder fixed viewfinder for a 72mm focal length on a 4x5 piece of film, I believe that this is correct focal length for the lens that comes with this camera. Thank you.

Cambo makes one, but most likely a little too rich to put on a pinhole camera. Have you looked into the Chinese viewfinders? Scroll to the bottom of the screen:

I am not sure the "zoom" adjustable mask viewfinder has your focal length, but you can always make a mask for the fixed viewfinder.

Thank you, since I posted this I found one from Gaeorsi or whatever, so I ordered that, I'm pretty sure thats the same as what you sent me. I ordered the fixed viewfinder, which I suppose just means they taped a 72mm 4x5 mask onto their viewfinder. Which I think will be stellar for this application and certainly help in my ability to compose.

Ooops, too late. Helios (from Japan) has a cheap viewfinder. Found a link in UK: http://mrcad.co.uk/shop/product.php?productid=5560&cat=1286&page=1
