Pacific Rim National Park is a must see.  Here's a link to some of my shots - scroll down to April 2004.

i'm thinking of changing my May Grand Teton/yellowstone trip to a trip to Vancouver and Vancouver Island (forecast for both parks is snow and rain through to end of next week and i'm not sure if access roads are open).

Appreciate if someone could provide some landscape locations.  I've been to vancouver and vancouver island, but each time it was for short trips to attend weddings, so really did not have an oppertunity to explore.

The only place i've been to on the island is Butchard Gardens, this time around i'm looking for landscape photo op suggestions.

A good day trip out of Vancouver is Hwy 99, north along Howe Sound to Squamish and Whistler.  If you have more time, continue north on 99 to Pemberton and Lillooet returning to Vancouver via Lytton and Hope.  There's a year's worth of landscape shooting on this route alone.
