Using the Mamiya and a Leaf back I am have an issue that I am not sure how to resolve. I am getting a error message on the camera that says "busy - db". When it does work after a few frames it happens. Any ideas on what to do?

-Batteries (both sets)
-Clean contacts
-Unmount and reconnect
-Is the back fully initializing? If so, turn off and restart body first, then back...

Try to see which firmware is in the body and check this with your dealer.
I had exact the same problem with a AFD2 body and it was a firmware problem.

I'd contact your dealer. They are experts at troubleshooting these sorts of problems and after all if you bought from a dealer might as well make them earn their keep! :-)
If you want the community to help instead then we'd need much more detail. Did it ever work before and is no longer working or is this the first time you've tried to use this body? Do you own this body or are you borrowing it? Which "mamiya" body are you using (there are many possibilities: AFD, AFD2, AFD3, DF, RZ Pro II, RZ Pro IID)? Is the back on? Have you set the digital back mode to the appropriate body? Are you shooting tethered or untethered? If tethered what software/OS version
etc etc.
If you bought from a good dealer they can help you through this much faster than going back and forth with an internet forum. Especially if there are language difficulties.

I just guessing that you're using a CF card that is not formatted properly.
Use your mac or PC to format it as 1 volume FAT32 and you should be good to go, otherwise as Doug suggested contact your dealer
