I recently purchased Profile Prism and Qimage Ultimate.

The service from Mike Chaney (Profile Prism, Qimage) and Ed Hamrick (VueScan) has been stellar and quick (on a weekend at that!). Having the designer-programmer answer questions is remarkably beneficial (to the user at least) and could only be available for such specialized software.

Yes, those two guys are remarkable that way. I hope they both live long and prosper and never tire of improving their software!
